There are 2 ways to order VIBE™.
Feel free to do whichever way feels most comfortable to you.
If you are NOT a Preferred Customer, go directly to Option 2.

OPTION 1: (For Preferred Customers Only) Log in to your Eniva back office by clicking on the "Place Order" button, or by going to www.eniva.com, clicking the "login" button, and entering in your member number and password. Your back office will look like this:

• Click on the word "VIBE™," located on the right-hand side under the Product Ordering section.
• Choose the flavor of VIBE™ that you would like to order from the drop-down screen.
• Enter the quantity in the box on the right, and click "Add to Cart."
• Verify the products in your shopping cart, and click "Checkout"
• If it isn't already on file, enter your shipping Address
• Choose your shipping method
• You do NOT have to do anything with the next screen, click "Continue"
• Verify your information is correct, and click the green "Place Order" button.

And you're done! Thank you for trying VIBE™!

OPTION 2: Go to www.enivamembers.com/getfour and then click on "products." You will be taken to a screen that looks like this:

Click on "VIBE™," which I've circled in red in the picture above. You can also see all of the other products offered by Eniva. Click on the product names to read product descriptions.

Keep in mind, all prices shown on this page are at the retail price. If you've signed up as a preferred customer, the products will be 15-20% off of the retail price. If you haven't yet signed up as a Preferred Customer and would like to, you can see the instructions to do so by clicking here.

The next screen will look like the one above. Enter the amount of VIBE™ you'd like to order in the quantity box, next to your choice of flavor/type of VIBE™. See the example below: (Remember! Shown at retail price, not Preferred Customer Price)

If you'd like more information on the product, click the purple "i" circle. If not, click "Add to Cart." If you would like to add any more products to your cart, click on "Continue Shopping," Otherwise, click on the green "Checkout" Button.

If you have a Preferred Customer Member ID number and Password:

• Enter them into the Login ID and Password boxes and click the continue button. You are considered a returning customer.
• Enter your address into the form, or click "Ship to this Address" if the address listed is correct.
• Choose your Shipping
• Review the details and click "Place Order" if everything is correct.

If you do NOT have a Preferred Customer Member ID number:

• Click on the second continue button. You are considered a new customer.
• Fill out your information on the form and click "continue."
• Create a Login name and Password. You will use this should you return to the website to place a future order.
• Choose your Shipping
• Review the details and click "Place Order" if everything is correct.

And you're done!
