The
truth is many of the vitamin and mineral supplements you're taking
are NOT doing to your body what you believe they are
doing. You may think that you are getting the nutrients
you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but in reality you may be neglecting
those very needs! The products on the market today are poorly
absorbed by the body, because they do not have the correct
particle size, are not in a water-soluble form,
and do not have an ionic charge.
"What
does that mean?"
It
means that if your vitamins are pill-form, you're only getting about 10%
of the nutrition you think you're getting. If you're taking colloidal
minerals, you're getting about 30% of the nutrition you
think you're getting.
"Okay,
but why are minerals so important?
Why should I care whether I get the amount I need or not?"
DID
YOU KNOW?
Lack
of iron can contribute toward blood deficiencies

Lack of calcium can contribute to bone disease.
The absence of magnesium contributes to heart abnormalities.
Lack of copper contributes to anemia.
US
Senate Document 264, written and published in 1936, states:
“99% of the American people are deficient in minerals
and a marked deficiency in any one of the more important minerals actually
results in…disease.”
The
average American suffers from over 14 different mineral deficiencies,
and doesn't even know it.
Minerals
are ESSENTIAL
to maintain and promote health…
and here’s another interesting fact:
THE
HUMAN BODY CANNOT MAKE MINERALS
The
Journal of the American Medical Association, in its June 2002
issue, published research from 2 Harvard Medical doctors who cite in their
research:
“Most people do not get an optimal amount of nutrients
by diet alone…and suboptimal intakes of nutrients are associated
with increased risks of chronic diseases including cardiovascular disease,
cancer, and osteoporosis."
"Why
are people not getting the nutrients they need by diet alone? I was told
that if you eat a balanced diet then you have nothing to worry about"
The
following statement was presented to Congress in June of 1936
in a study called US Senate Document 264, at the 74th Congress:
"The alarming
fact is that foods, fruits, vegetables, and grains now being raised on
millions of acres of land in this country no longer contain enough certain-needed
minerals--and are starving us, no matter how much of them we eat."
Basically, that's
saying, because of mineral depletion, we've been consuming foods unable
to meet the nutritional needs of our bodies for over 70 years!
BUT
THAT'S NOT ALL
The results
of the 1992 Earth Summit statistics revealed that the farmlands in North
America were 85% nutrient deplete. The farmlands specifically
in the US showed the WORST mineral depletion
in all categories.
This means we
are living in a nation where people are fed, but not nourished. You would
have to eat 70 bowls of spinach today to get the same
nutrient content of
1 bowl in 1968.
Why
is it that Americans can eat and eat, yet still be hungry?
It's because
we
are starved for nutrition,
and until we find that nutrition, our hunger won't be satisfied!
America is the most over-eaten nation in the world, leading all countries
in rates of obesity, yet is nutritionally starved. America
also leads the world in osteoporosis, new autoimmune diseases, heart disease,
and many forms of cancer. In fact, money spent in America on health
care exceeds that of the National Defense.
Is
this starting to make sense?
Dr.
Linus Pauling, two-time Nobel Prize winner, said that
"Every ailment, every sickness, and every
disease can
be traced back to a mineral deficiency."
Without
proper nutrition, our bodies, and quality of life will suffer.
